The Performance Based Governance Fund (PBGF II) is a follow-up program to the Performance Based Governors’ Fund (PBGF I), a pilot program which provided interim financial assistance to Governors in order to enhance their ability to meet operational and community outreach needs, enhance their relationships with citizens and improve their overall management capacity.
